ever since i got it my memory has been going down pretty fast.

  1. Yes. It's not worth it. Get Avast Antivirus; it's free and not a memory hog!


  2. Norton is a pain in the neck,if you have problems you end up talking to someone in India who can't speak English, and, I'm not being racist.
