I was out of the country for 4 months didn't renew my insurance and my child wasn't wearing his seat belt on ( he got in trouble for that I thought he was.) But I'm applying for a new job and they don't want applicants having more than 2 moving traffice violations in a 18 motnh period, will this affect me?

  1. Typical situation you have like many other people, therefor,be patient and check out the resource here i found useful.http://insurance.online-frees.info/insur...

  2. In some states not having insurance is a drivers license suspension, so call the dmv state office and find out.  If it is get an attorney so that they can get it reduced to something else.  Some states it is a four point violation.  The seat belt isn't a moving violation in any state that I know of.  Just a 10 or twenty dollar fine.
