Of Course!  I am not a nutritional major, but science is the study of things and nutrition is the study of how foods effect the body's overall health and metabolism.  

E.G. Like how well is vitamin D absorbed and made by your kidney and how does this affect your body's overally health.

It is one of the most various sciences though because every human's metabolism is different.  But if you think about it everyone's DNA is diverse, so molecular biology is various as well.
