I hunt but I don't like mccain and I was supporting hillary but thats gone so I was switching to Obama but is he against guns?

  1. I think hunting would be a different issue rather than someone who just carries around a handgun


  2. No, Obama believes that we have a right to bear arms.  He is for some kind of responsible controls.  

  3. I heard him say he wanted to require strict license for guns, except in inner cities where they are needed for protection.

    If guns are outlawed, only outlaws will have guns.

  4. I'm conservative but would support Obama if he wasn't the most anti gun candidate ever.  Like so many liberals who support their own rights to various things in the bill of rights he conveniently has no respect for the second amendment.  How hypocritical.

    In illinois, he says, "I will ban all hand guns. I will ban shotguns as well because statistics show that most gun related crimes are with shotguns."

    then in Virginia he says, "I will not ban any gun! I think everyone should have the right to go buy a handgun each and every month if they want one!"

  11. Obama is a threat to gun rights. I won't trust him.... You can rest sure that the VP Palin who is a NRA member and McCain will make sure laws won't be in place to deny our gun rights.

  15. If someone is for gun control, that generally means they are against guns. At least he was once, who knows what he's against now. I guess it depends on who's vote he wants today.

  18. Are you serious? Of course Obama is not banning guns. He was sympathetic to D.C.'s handgun ban because of all the problems they were having. But it's clearly a state decision and Obama has nothing to do with it.
