Is objective questioning the best way to judge a students intelligence? or subjective questioning?

i have taken part in a debate competition n in that i have to prove that objective questioning is the best method so it will be really helpful if u ll can give some advantages,or facts ,or few points on this matter

  1. Objective is easier to use when you are comparing a group of students for intelligence.  Like in standardized tests they rank students by percentile.  With a subjective test, it is impossible to compare students, therefore making it more difficult to rate their intelligence.  If you did have a subjective test, you would need a very specific rubric, but then, who are you to say that your rubric denotes intelligence?  I would say for a test to truly interpret intelligence, it must be objective.
