Yes.  It is in the Official Scrabble Players Dictionary, 4th Edition.  (It was in the first three editions, too.)

There are 101 acceptable 2-letter words in the National Scrabble Association lexicon.

In the American Language it is not a word, and not usable with conventional rules.  IF house rules allow everything allowed in Literati thenit would be allowed.

I'm with the "yea's".  Yes, you can use it.  I  have used it many times. It is included in the list of two letter words for scrabble.
