Is oil tax a problem for those who don't want oil?

Yes of course it is.  Everyone uses oil either directly, or indirectly.  The computer you used to post your question uses oil in the plastic parts.  Any domestically grown crops will be more expensive because of the tax and that in turn allows competing imported crops to rise in price.  If you use public transport, then that price will also rise.

    Even if there are exceptions for say agriculture and public transportation, the cost of operations will still rise because the associated/partner components are not granted the exception.


  2. The government would issue a tax more convenient

    than oil tax...

    It's not a problem.
