I have olive skin i dont think its the best colour its hard to pick hair colours for my skin suppose its better than being orange or too white.

There is no one colour that can be classified as the "best colour." In fact this type of thinking is what encourages racism and segregation among people of colour. For example, lighter toned skin is often favourable among the Indian community as there is a misconception that these people are more beautiful; however I completely disagree. A lot of factors determine what makes a person beautiful, and skin colour is not one of them. Be happy with the skin you have and don't worry about what other people think is better, it's not like you can change.

well it depends what you are wearing and your eye and hair color.so no.not necessarily.it might look great on you but it might look horrible on me.
