  1. yes, i always have a bottle of water in the morning and usually lasts me.

depends where you live as well - ive lived in england all my life so the weather doesnt really dehydrate you but im moving to dubai this year - so that'll be a challenge.

could you please also help me on my question regarding ramadan-

thank you & hope i helped.

  2. 8 glasses of water a day

you are not going to be drinking that much at sahoor so at least 1/2 that

bottled water has nothing in it, your better off drinking spring water and watch out for that water.. most of it is c**p!

  3. it depends on weather and size of bottle.  But ramadan is also about test of thirst, if you do,nt feel thirsty for Allah, then it is a less fruitful experience.

  4. One bottle of water is probably not enough.  I usually find in Ramadan I eat very little but drink a lot of water, and I always feel better for it Alhamdulile.  If I don't drink a lot of water then I feel really, really dizzy and headache-ish.

If the water is too cold, that's whats probably making you feel sick.  The best temperature of water for your stomach is room temperature, as it doesn't "shock" your system due to the coldness.

    Ramadan Mubarak

  5. I have the exact same problem, trying to drink freezing cold water so early in the morning.

What i did this morning was i ate Melon, it is most part water so you are getting fluids from what you eat as well as what you drink.

Drink hot water with lemon or a fruit tea, it's more soothing instead of cold water and then before you start your fast drink one cup of juice or luke warm water out of the tap. I would always recommend eating fruits or vegetables as they contain alot of water - snack on some melon (more so water melon) or cucumber.

Hope that helped a little, Ramadan Mubaraak :)
