Is one man's terrorist another man's freedom fighter?

think israel and palestine, in israel, israelis see hamas as terrorists and in palestine hamas to some are seen as freedom fighters, what do you guys think? suicide bombers or freedom fighters? tell it like it is and don't hold back!

There is absolutely no freedom in terrorism.  Someone will lose their freedom, regardless.  Someone will lose their right to chose, because the choice has already been made for them.  Terrorism is disgusting.

Hamas and Hezbollah may look like terrorists to Israel but to many muslims they are heroes. The reality is they have done more to support the poor in Palestine and Lebanon than more moderate groups. Also Israeli military actions hurt often mistreat civilians and they hurt Palestine economically and wounds their ethnic pride. This makes it easier for a group that confronts Israel obviously to get votes. Also these groups are nowhere near as bad as Al Quiada so it doesn't seem so radical to Palestinians.

This goes for Israeli's too. The Zionist fighters used terrorism including bombing civilians to create Israel. To the British they were terrorists but to the Israelis they were freedom fighters.

Remember terrorism doesn't always have to be bad. It could be rebels overthrowing a dictator to make a democracy. It generally is bad though because violence rarely excapes civilians.

Freedom fighters don't target civilians on purpose. Israel takes great strides to not get civilians involved...and my take is that Hamas made those civilians stay to be killed to make Israel look bad during their little war....If Israel didn't care about civilians...most of the Pal cities would have been leveled.

If you target woman and children you are nothing but a murderer but it depends on whose side some choose to support the IRA are for example still classed as hero's by some who believed in their cause.

well it all depends on what side ur on. as i dont really support either israel or palestine, i really am not on a political side, but i would how ever condider the bombers as terrorists due to the fact that they are trying to create terror, fear, panic and chaos. also because they are targeting civilans such and espesialy women and childern. now if they were targeting israeli military only then i would condsider them freedom fighters for trying to make palestine a country/nation or whatever they'd call it.

A true freedom fighter wouldnt target places where women and children are gathering as the Palestine and Hamas terrorists do. Blowing up a nightclub or a pizza place or flying hijacked planes into skyscrapers does not make one a freedom fighter-it makes one a coward and a terrorist.
