Nope. You pay however much for a year or two subscription, and they send you the allotted amount of magazines, all for a fraction of the news stand price.

Bacially everyone has given you the answer.  If you pay upfront they aren't going to ask for more money unless you're subscription is almost up.  There aree offeres that give you cheaper 1yr offers.  Some stores like best buy give you a gift card for signing up for magazines.

once you subscribe to seventeen magazine they will send you the amount of magazines you have subscribed for. There is no need to pay after you pay the initially subscription. They won't ask for more money until your subscription runs out.

I highly doubt it, just pay the 1 year fee and you're good.  Here's a subscription I found for 12 dollars:

Personally I think Seventeen Magazine is silly, but if your heart is set on it, do as you wish.
