Is organic milk federally mandated to be pasteurized at higher temperatures than regular milk?

You can buy organic milk that has not been (ultra) pasteurized.  Just read labels.  Horizon is ultra past., but we shouldn't be buying their milk anyway as it isn't really organic and their factory farms are under investigation.

But the gov. doesn't mandate it currenlty.  Maybe as that Codex Alimentarius thing goes into effect they will.  Codex would say it makes the milk safer to drink, but it would only make the milk less nutritious.
