Is oriental top ramen Vegan?

Is oriental top ramen Vegan?

Last time I checked (within the week) every type of Ramen had something in it OR the seasoning. It was TWO ingredient listings- one for the noodles and one for the seasoning. Check both = )

I could be wrong but I believe it had animal broth in it somewhere. Either way, I checked every one I saw at more than one grocery store but none were vegan.

the oriental flavor comes from shaved bonito flakes - fish.

If I can recall correctly, it isn't. I usually put some type of seasoning on mine. LOL funny thing, I was just about to have some earlier today, but I decided not to, and I went with a soy hot dog!

check the ingriedients? not really sure. might have chicken though

Not much meat there if any.  Lots of salt you don't need.  Pasta is far from my choice for a meal, way too many carbs, pasta carbs turn into sugar in your body pronto.  Best to stick with the produce section of the store, lots of grains, beans, & nuts too.

The more you know about what is in foods, the healthier you will become.
