In Italy pizza is almost eaten sliced.

Rolled up would too much for a chunk to bite.

At maximum you fold it in two like a sadwich.

When I was in Italy, on a pizza eating mission, the best pizzas were from Naples. And depending on the place (for instance, Di Matteo), you would indeed roll it up.

Let me tell you, it was the most amazing pizza I've ever had.
