i have been having a really bad problem with spiders. this is not your average jumping spider.....this is the size of my pawn spider. and a roach here and there. my dad bought me a huge bottle of ortho max and we sprayed it everywhere possible. i just wanna ask if this really works and do you think it is good for the size of spiders that i have been finding. and if not what kind of medicine would you suggest. and keep in mind calling an exterminator is out of the question cuz money and something about being in an apt(permission). and also the apartments said that they cant come out until the end of the month but im moving on the 7th.

  1. Yes.  And check your things when you move to the next house.  Maybe if you spray the boxes, and check underneath for spider eggs on the furniture, etc.  Sweep out the eggs and webs, spray.   Spiders are looking for food and water.  You must have something for them to be eating or they would not be there.  Also there are a lot of small air leaks for them to get in, as well as the bugs they are eating.  In your next place, invest in a caulk gun and get good at caulking.  Caulk the baseboards, around holes in the floor and wall, like where pipes and electrical wires come in, around the windows & doors if there are any gaps, and especially around the inside of the kitchen cabinets and where they touch the floor and walls.  The caulk may have to be painted where it shows, but do a smooth job.
