We're currently unhappy with our listing realtor. Now that we are on a tighter deadline (we found a property we hope to buy) she is claiming that we listed 5g above what she had suggested; which is entirely untrue, we listed the exact middle of the range she gave us on the market analysis. She is also refusing to do an open house, stating that it's pointless. Now because my husband bought our house prior to our marriage he is the only person on the title. I have not signed the Dower Consent and Acknowledgment that the contract states is neccessary in our case. Also, the contract is not signed at the bottom of the 3rd page (stating brokerage fees, deposits, and security on brokerage fees). Is our contract valid. (I was present when my husband signed it) If we 'fire' our realtor will we need to uphold the 90 day holdover period? Any other thoughts on the situation?
