  1. Don't you know that temperature depends on location?

I assume you mean degrees F?

38 C to most of the world

Over 100F is common in summer to large parts near the equator.

  2. Where I live it is normal. I live in illinois and we usually reach about 95 with a heat index of 102+ several times a year during the summer.

  3. For some parts of the world, that would be a COOL summer daytime temperature. The Arabian and Sahara deserts have NORMAL summer highs of about 115 degrees F. The range is from 100 degrees on a 'cool' summer day, to over 130 degrees on the hot days.

  4. 100 degrees F (37.8C) is only common in the desert Southwest during the summer, and also sometimes in the midwestern United States.  The national summer record is 134 degrees F (56 degrees C) on July 10, 1913 in Death Valley, California; while Arizona's record is 128 degrees F (53 degrees C) in Lake Havasu City.

On the other hand, my city (in coastal Orange County, California); has never reached above 107 F (42 C); and has not passed 102 F in the past 10 years.

  5. It is where I live. We usually have several days a year where the temp is over 100.
