Is panda antivirus good? ?

I had this program in my computer but got virus name "antivirus xp 2008" and panda can not fix this.

Panda's so-called 24/7 E-mail support never answer my question.

"antivirus xp 2008"  is not a virus but a rogue app - it tries to scare you into buying it and thrashes your desktop. Use http://www.malwarebytes.org/ to get rid of it.

BTW Panda isn't very good, see here http://www.virusbtn.com/news/2008/03_13a... . I suggest you dump it and switch to Avast! which is far better and free.
