Is paperticket.co.uk a legitimate site?

I'm looking to purchase concert tikets from a site called

paperticket.co.uk it seems like a decent site but you never know any feedback wether good or bad would be a great help

They are not con artists but they can't be trusted ...... in a sentence.

They will sell as many tickets as they can via their website without having the tickets in their possession.

If they can’t get enough tickets to meet demand they will let people down - and they will let you down right at the very last minute making it next to impossible to get another ticket.

They were the cheapest of all the internet ticket touts for FA Cup final tickets this year - so I ordered an FA cup final ticket from them.

They actually emptied over £400 from my bank account for the ticket - more than the agreed amount!

I was furious about this so cancelled my order and was promised a full refund - they actually only gave me £385 back leaving me out of pocket by £15. I emailed them about this discrepancy but was ignored.

On the Portsmouth FC internet forum there was a discussion on paperticket.co.uk with fans discussing their experiences as people similar to your self were uneasy to handing over large sums to a faceless internet business.

The upshot is some fans got their tickets

Others were told sorry we can’t get you your tickets - but were told this I believe the day before making it very late in the day to get a ticket elsewhere

And I ordered then cancelled and lost £15 despite being promised a full refund

They are not a scam site who will take your money and never have any intention of supplying tickets.

But there is no way from my experience and that of others that they could be described as a good legitimate business
