It's offensive to discover a question about THAT Paris in my beloved France travel section. I hope she catches something nasty while she's there.

Yes, Tyler...Paris Hilton is definitely going to jail and has been ordered to report there by at least June 5th!  While her sentence was for 45 days, she is expected to be released after serving 23 days.  She should be a better person for it; no doubt.
