Is pay tv really worth it?

i live in australia, and i love watching the english football matches, but you can only see them on pay tv, which we don't have.

is there any way that you can just buy a couple of channels (fox sports), or do you have to buy everything, like you do with Foxtel and Austar....

You can always contact the cable company and haggle with them. PPVTV (pay per view) is worth it. You only pay for the particular program you have viewed. Where we are there is also something called "ON DEMAND". You pay for every program you view.You have to demand it of course and the payment is added to the monthly bill for the plan you have in the contract.

You gotta buy the WHOLE package to get it, unfortunately....

I wish they had a Favorite TEAM package that allows you to watch your Favorite team for about 1/10th the price instead of ALL the Teams.....
