  1. I had a PayPal account a couple of years ago I opened specifically to use with e-bay. About six months after I used the account I started getting billed from a company in California I had never heard of. I notified Pay Pal and for the next three months I still got billed. PayPal advised me to pay the charge and they would investigate it. I did, they investigated and found the charges were bogus. Pay pal credited me with the payment I  had made. Three months later the same thing happened again. Twice my account was compromised - I no longer use Pay Pal!
