Is pc4metv.com safe?

I mean it seems legit but is it safe? Does anyone know? Id like to try this our yet im skeptical. I know u have to pay for it but like has anyone actually done this?

I searched the website you gave (pc4metv) and it appears as a warez. So I would be very hesitant to download it onto one of my machines.  But there is a similar site called pctv4me which has been around since 2002 according to their copyright information.
