  1. No but it could mean that you have diabetes. Frequent urination and extreme thirst are classic signs of diabetes. Please see a doctor.

  2. yep, urinating gets rid of all waste matter, including extra vitamins and supplements.  So if you're getting too much say vitamin C, the body will use what it can and eliminate the rest.  In most situaitons, most people get TOO much protein, that leads to kidney stones and gall stones.    So the key is to find your body weight/mass and determine from some scale how much protein you need.

  3. Peeing a lot is also a sign of diabetes. I think you should get checked out.

  4. First off, I want to make it clear to you, so there is no confusion. Protein in your urine is called proteinuria, and it is caused (usually) by serious kidney disease, and can only be found by a lab test done from a sample of your urine. Sometimes, a very mild case can be brought about by excess exercise and will clear up on its own.

So, please don't think that you have "protein" in your urine unless a doctor tells you that you do.

Also, the protein found in urine is NOT from diet. It's in the form of antibodies or other blood protein like albumin.

The kidneys do a magnificent job of keeping protein out of your urine, it's their job.

Yes, frequent urination can be a sign of diabetes, but I don't think that your concern is frequent urination. That isn't what you said.

I'm seeing that you are interested in maxing out benefits from the protein you are eating.

    That is smart.

Whatever protein your body can't absorb will either be stored as fat (most of it) or eliminated as poo. Remember that when you put that protein in your mouth it takes 12-24 hours for whatever is left of it to be completely poo, and no longer usable. So you don't have a time limit.

If you eat vitamin C (say you take a megadose) your body will only absorb a small amount, and since it's a water soluble vitamin, the rest will be excreted as urine, and can potentially be harmful to your kidneys, and it will be a waste. That is vitamins, not protein.

Fat soluble vitamins won't be peed out, and you could actually poison yourself if you eat too much.

So-you are not peeing out protein unless your doctor tells you so.

    Hope that was helpful!

edit: just so you know kidney stones are caused by a mineral build up, dehydration, and a number of other possible causes but in no way are related to protein intake. Gall stones are similar but caused by bile components, not protein.

also, I would base your protein consumption per meal by calorie intake, not so much on grams. You sound like you're doing fine to me.

  5. You don't pee out protein.  Frequent urination is the result of drinking too much water or can be a sign you have a kidney infection or possibly diabetes.    The protein amounts you list are not huge amounts or excessive.

  6. No, either it could be a sign of diabetes or you just drink alott of liquids.

  7. These kind of questions should you ask at a gym:there they have the knowledge about it,I got no clue.

    Space.

  8. you can eat small amounts of protein at all 3 meals, the key is small portions to keep muscles fueled and yes your body gets rid of excess protein

if you're peeing a lot, check for a urinary tract infection and for diabetes
