Is perforated/vision vinyl legal on the rear window of SUV's?

Is this vinyl legal on the rear windows of suvs and trucks?

More specifically is it legal in california?

I am referring to the vinyl like on bus windows where you cannot see in (you see the advertised image) yet you can still see out.

IN CALIFORNIA YOU CAN PAINT THE WINDOWS BLACK IF YOU WANT TO.. AS LONG AS THE FRONT DOOR(S) GLASS IS NOT TINTED AND YOU HAVE A MIRROR ON BOTH SIDES OF THE TRUCK YOU'RE 100 PERCENT LEGAL. !
