Is period blood supposed to come out in the toilet?

I just got my period for the first time yesterday, and it doesnt come out in the toilet it comes out when i wipe (and in the pad too), is that normal?

Yea of course depends on if you'll be a heavey bleeder or not. But generally think about it, urine reaches the toilet right? Though you won't bleed as fast as urine comes out otherwise a period will last one day or a few minutes lol.

yup..your period can come anywhere so its fine..When you start having more regular periods it will flow out more and come out in the toilet also.

When my period is really heavy, it comes out when I pee, as well as when I wipe. When it's lighter, it won't come out when I pee, and only a bit when I wipe.

It's also normal to notice blood when you wipe after a bowel movement, IF your period is really heavy. That's because, depending on the position you sit or lie, blood runs to the back and appears to come from your a**s.
