 MBA n PGDM is totally different MBA is a degree n PGDM is diploma...

n IIM provide PGP in management i.e post graduation programme in MGT.

You are totally wrong. PGDM or MBA dont matter whether the candidate will be more functional or more towards how to handle day to day management duties at a lower/middle level management OR more on a executive or Sr. level managers. Its the Skill set which determines at which level the employee shall work at.

For your kind information I must say..... The leading business school of India, IIMs and XLRI only offer PGPM (not MBA degree) because these are not declared as University as per UGC norms. Its known to all ...at what level IIMs graduates are working and at what level all those cheap MBAs of some isntitutes are working.
