Is philosophy better than religion, is this opinion?

becuase i can prove you are wrong if you say philosophy , becuase philosophy was started to figure out religion no matter what you believe other people recently say they proved about the past!

You are absolutely correct.  Religion and philosophy cannot be confused by thinking they are one and the same.  Philosophy studies certain aspects of reality and has to follow certain rules in order to validate phenomenon.  Religion partakes of another type of reality and can go as far as the individual wants to take it and wherever an individual wants to take it without the fetters of some science trying to enclose it within its meaning.

Dude, your "argument" is hardly coherent, let alone convincing.

Not to mention "religion" and "philosophy" are incredibly broad subjects that often overlap in places (Certain people like Martin Buber or Buddha were arguably involved in both religion and philosophy) and they branch out into many different subjects...this is just a really stupid question.

Yes, it is definitely opinion. Philosophy was not started to explain religion - philosophy was an attempt to answer the questions, "where did we come from?" and "why are we here?"  Religion provided one possible set of explanations, and philosophy provided others. Notice that there is not just one religion, and there is not just one set of philosophies.  So to ask which one is better is a ridiculous question.

their origins are similar...but the instruments, the basis, the attitude, the approach...can't compare them .

is the moon better than europa (another satellite in this solar system)

is the sea better than the mountain
