Is pho pronounced Foh or Fuh?

It's more like "fuh"  - trust me. My mother cooks this stuff and I'm Vietnamese.

Between Foh and Fuh, I would recommend "Foh" because it sounds like Pho more than Fuh. Pho is not that hard to pronouce. just try and don't be shy to pronouce it to other vietnamese people because they can help you to find out how close you can speak. good luck.

Cuz if you sau "uh" and add a F to it it will sound more like Pho.

Foh just doesnt sound right.
