just ordered carryout pho and this being my first experience, was suprised when i got home to find slices of raw beef amongst the ingredients. I wasn't sure what to do and figured the broth would do the job as far as cooking the meat somewhat so that's what I did. Is that right? Am I doing this backwards? Surely they don't expect me to take my meal home and brown the meat on the stove. Any suggestions/validation?
