Is physical beauty a woman's most important quality?

Going by magazines, t.v. commercials, movies, literature, music, etc... it seems like a woman's purpose is to be physically attractive. It's all about staying young and looking perfect/beautiful.

Surely women are worth more than that. Don't we have anything else to offer?

A woman's character and inner goodness is much more important to me. If she happens to be good looking, that's just icing on the cake.

Haven't u seen on magazines, tv, commercials,movies,literature,music,etc that  the guy iis also young, tall, handsome, strong,smart, fighter, with money, etc?

It's to draw  people's attention it doesnt apply directly to the REAL world

The woman purpose on advertising is to sell a product. Beautiful women get both men and women's attention. s*x sells.

On a more personal level, look around at couples out there. There some very unattractive people out there who have a significant other. So obviously those women have something else to offer. Me personally, I don't care how beautiful u are if u are a moody biache then u just made urself unattractive.

the most important is an hourglass figure (scientifically speaking) it shows that you're fertile and can bear children

other than that, it's just an animalistic program in men's brains, from way back when

but really, other factors that are pleasing to the man and he wants his offspring to possibly have as well, like if you're funny, or personality wise, or brains

it's really all about mating

You people forget that natural selection comes into play ;). Men are wired to seek the most fertile women possible (physical indicators would be: big ***, s**y, big b*****s, small noses,  small mouths ect.)

But I wouldn't date someone who had all these and lacked personality.

its not bout wats most important...  its bout making the most of the gifts god gave u...  this is a real tuff world an theres nothing wrong with a girl using her gud looks to get ahead...

if u got looks dont be afraid to use them to get wat u want... guys will fall all over themselfs to do u favors or by u gifts... if ur car brakes down ull never get stranded... ur looks can get u a better job... mabe a promoton with more mony...  u might even marry a rich guy an be set for life...

No, it's not a woman's most important quality.  And no, it's not true.  Societal beauty standards are fickle at best; constantly changing every couple of years.  People who suck into what society throws in their face are not controlling their own minds, but letting some lying stranger control it for them.  Is that what you want to do?
