  4. pizza is ok for students who dont have time or simply cant or wont cook. Like me :D  However you cant eat more than like 3 times a week. I usually have 1 or 2 pizzas per week when im at uni

    moderate eating wont have bad effects..but too much of it..it becomes bad..

    most pizza are cooked with fat ingredients on it..and even the dough of it..its made of eggs and fat stuffs..

    so i guess its really all about balancing your appetite..lol..

  8. A good alternative is a veggie pizza w/wheat crust or thin flour crust made at home.  Easy on cheese, some people get reduced fat or none at all.

    sure, the regular is red sauce and cheese.

    but they also have white pizza, which is way more healthier.

  12. of course it is! the crust gives you your grains, sauce gives you licopene, cheese is dairy, pepperoni is protein, and green peppers and onions and stuff is your veggies! its the perfect food! :) no, im just kidding. its really not all that great for you however you only live once sooooooo....

  13. pizza is good and bad for your health if you think about what is in it like tomatoes and cheese and bread they are all good for you but eating to much of this can make it no longer healthy but if you have pizza every once in a while then you should be alright. Just remember to much of anything is bad.

    If you want healthy, go with extra sauce, light cheese, and veggies., no meat. thin crust or regular.

    Deep dish pizzas are cooked in a mixture of butter and olive oil. Before its cooked, it smells like fish and feet.

    It forms a t**d, but that's about all its good for.

  16. i say yes. it always have the basic food groups in one: Cheese (dairy), onion (fruit / vegetable), green peppers (fruit / vegetable), olives (fruit / vegetable, i think), sausage (meat group), pepperoni (meat group), pizza sauce (vegetable group), and the pizza is on one big round piece of bread which is part of the grain / wheat group.

    then of coarse once it's cooked, the fat group gets added.
