The ones where you play for tickets and can win prizes and what not are, in fact, technically considered "gambling." Most places wouldn't actually deem it that by law, but if people wanted to be douches about it, they could.

No it is not gambling. Unless of course you are betting on the outcome. Playing arcade games is simply paying for a form of entertainment.

well, mabey not, because gambling is based off of luck, arcade games are more like your skills rather than luck
