Is plugging an outlet converter to an outlet converter to an extension cord safe?

If I understand you right, your using two adapters to get an extension cord plugged into an outlet.  I might do that on a short term basis if the adapters provided a good, tight, electrical connection and for a light load.  But I wouldn't do it for a long term use or for a heavy load.  For the long term or a heavy load I'd get a cord with the correct connectors on it.
