Is pokemon pearl boring all my mates say it is but i like the games is this one boring?

i have all the old pokemon games but should i get pearl or not because my mates say it is a waste of time

i have both pokemon pearl and diamond, personally i don't think it's that boring but i like diamond version better. i'll suggest you to buy diamond, but if you want the pokemon palika instead of diagla, you should get pearl......
