Sometimes I watch porno and then when i look at people i like see them with no clothes on or naked or just look at their b***s or something.Is this not good and how could i stop this bad habit im 13 btw

Yes, p**n is a bad influence. p**n shows the extreme side of s*x. Most people are not like what you see in p**n. p**n is kind of like a movie. It looks good and exciting, but is not real. You should stop and look at real life.

It is nautral to be interested about s*x and stuff but it is not good if you feed your mind with p**n. As you mentioned, watching p**n would programme ur mind to look at others differently and from a sexual angle. It is rather unhealthy and might become an obsession if you continue to watch p**n as I have known of some who have become that way. It would be best if you can stop watching p**n. If you can't, it would be gd to reduce the frequency or at least read up about biology instead (since it does not exaggerate like p**n does). It'll take some time to see people in other ways again but it'll definitely help if you can find something else that you are interested in and do somethingelse instead. Note that the more you avoid seeing stuff from the sexual angle, it might be worse. So, just let this tendency pass while you pick up a healthier form of pasttime. Take care!
