  1. Ya, type in a notepad document "taskmgr.exe" (or whatever program you want to run) and save it as "run.bat" and just reopen it.


  2. nah, you're thinking of linux/unix/mac/any os besides windows and console/terminal

  3. No. In order to do what I think your talking about, it also involves command prompt because you're making a batch file.
