  1. have you treid this workout video?  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TKCGe2Ezr...

  2. it gives you lots of muscle..but make sure you are doing it right otherwise you wont get any results..also posting w/o your irons works more muscles and has faster results (atleast for me) and getting in your jumping position w/o irons and dont rest your hands on the neck..then you will really see a difference :)

  3. It works for me.

  4. you may lose fat but they will still be the same size cause of muscles

  5. you might just gain muscle

  6. Posting without irons works to build muscle.  You may want to cut your food intake as well.

  7. it slightly helps but doesnt do much but it does help build up the muscles in your Tibalis anteroir and also your gastronemius. I learnt all about the muscles in sport PE Elective and they always work for me.

Ill look for a pic to help you

    Found one...

    Anyways hope that helped

  8. yes but only if you use your thigh muscles instead if your calves

  9. Probably not, but you will have dynamite muscles!  So that being said, just enjoy yourself and love your body for being able to post in the first place and send those thighs LOVE!!!

  10. Muscle actually weighs more than fat, so no, it isn't going to make you lose weight there, but it could firm them up and make them look better.  Much of your posting should be done by letting your horse lift you with his trot, but you can work on your thigh muscles quicker by kicking out of your irons and using your thighs more.  If you do this, just reach down and pull your irons up and tuck the top part under your saddle flap, that way they won't bounce against your horse while you trot.

  11. Go to any english show and you'd know that's not helped a ton of the female riders!

  12. most likely i have been riding horses since i was 6 and i dont play any sports or anything exept horse backriding and my thighs get mucele in them and im not fat at all actually im sorta really skiny
