Alaska is the weirdest place I have ever lived, they are kinda right wing if you talk to them but now I realize they are probably the most Libertarian state of the Union. Nobody likes any one to tell you how to think and they defend their neighbors who might be different but good neighbors...

It's legal according to the state, but federal law trumps state law, so it's illegal.

Mainly means, hope you only get caught by local cops, and not federal agents like the DEA or FBI.

Yes & No is right. Its illegal in all states of the U.S. by the Federal Law but like California it is legal by the state.

in cali you can get it for medical reasons. My cousin went to the hospital with a stomach ache. They give you a paper & you go to the place to get it. His permit lasted for a while so if you get caught you can show the authorities.

Exactly what rigo said. Yes and No. It is just like the rest of the United States. You can get a note says you can smoke it for your health,but you can still get arrested for doing it.
