Is power still generated at the Jaikwadi dam,Aurangabad?

Is there enough water in the dam to generate power?I guess it is just 49% full.So is enough to produce hydroelectricity?

Based on the little research I performed, It was producing power 1 year ago, but if the resevoir is at 50% capacity then I seriously doubt it is producing electricity.  This is an educated guess, though.  The generators are most-likely not designed for such a low head.

The water is needed for consumption, not power.

Even if the resevoir were at maximum the generators do not necessarily have to be running all the time.
