every person has the right to feel safe from harrassment, your right to speak or play music or mislead anyone ends where it meets the right of the other person NOT to hear it

It is a crime to issue misleading information through a mass media device. (why radios are not allowed to use "we interrupt this program" as a lead in)

if your gona tell them there refridgerator is running it isnt. but it really depends on what your doing. if you THINK it is wrong like saying your gona blow there house,then yes that illegal. your just gona have to use your best judgement.
