Dear there are different grades of Premature Ejaculation. In milder cases PE goes by time but in moderate cases Specific counselling and training of techniques like s***w Technique are essential and in Severe cases PE goes into a very rigid form where all Self Help Threapies are vain so specific medicines and counselling is required so that PE is gone for ever.

It usually has to do with learning to control the excitement.  When you are young and a beginner it's almost inevitable.  Over time you learn to control the feelings.  The worst thing is to m********e to reach an o****m quickly.  You need to try to make the experience last for as long as possible by controlling your feelings and stopping before you reach the point of no return.  Train your body and things will get better.
