Is premature ejaculation precum or something else ?

Premature ejaculation is actually s***n, but is released soon after the male becomes aroused and in some males before completely erect. Usually this is due to the fact that they are nervous or have very little control over the muscles that cause ejaculation. Yes, men realize when they've ejaculated, for it's just like normal ejaculation except earlier than intended. Hope this helps.

It's normal s***n, just a term used when a guy comes too soon.  

I only last 30 seconds to maybe 1 minute or two.   Yes I realize it.

Premature ejaculation is basically the guy comes too fast.  It can be due to a number of reasons, but often it's a case of being too wired or something and shortly after he gets hard and starts having s*x (of some sort) he'll blow his load.  Precum is the fluid that comes from the cowper's gland and helps to lubricate the pipes for the s***n to travel when the guy does come.  Some guys have very little precum while other guys can leak a gallon - just depends on the individual and how long you spend in foreplay before going for the gold!  :-)

No, it's two different things.

Pre-ejaculate is a fluid that comes out to make s*x easy, similar work as female natural lube.

Premature ejaculation is when a guy orgasms before any fun gets done.

Yeah, we know when we have pre-ejaculate.
