Is primerica a good company to work for?

Here are some questions for some of the primerica employees or someone with experiance.

What are the ups? What are the downs? The position that my husband has been requested for is, manager. Does that position pay well, and how much ? Any benifits?

First thing you should know that this is not a job opportunity, but a business opportunity. There is lots of differences between the two and both have its ups and downs.

As with any business that you are venturing into, it requires lots of hard work in the beginning to get it going. If you take a look at many small business owners out there, the owner is probably working there every day for 12+ hours a day.
