  1. First thing you should know that this is not a job opportunity, but a business opportunity. There is lots of differences between the two and both have its ups and downs.

As with any business that you are venturing into, it requires lots of hard work in the beginning to get it going. If you take a look at many small business owners out there, the owner is probably working there every day for 12+ hours a day. They work hard because they have monthly expenses to pay such as rent, utility bills, employee's salaries, licenses, and so on. In Primerica, you don't have to worry about any of those expenses. The only expense you have to worry about is getting your financial licenses (life, securities, and maybe a mortgage). These licenses have a total cost of around $2000 if you were to get them on your own. At Primerica, its only $99 and the company will pay the rest on your behalf.

Does it pay well? That depends on how hard you work. You only get paid if you work. That's how business is. In Primerica, you don't need to do a lot to get paid. A Regional Vice President can go into more details on how you get compensated.

If you have a job already, you don't have to quit. You can use Primerica as a way to earn some extra income.
