Arranged marriages are not practiced any longer in Europe, plus Prince Joseph is only 13 years of age, that is a bit too early to discuss any potential brides for him at the moment.

Most European royal houses allow their children to choose their own marriage partners. Since they will mingle within their own little "elite circle" of aristocrat and royals, they are more likely to choose someone from a similar background.

Even if they do not choose a royal prince or princess, their potential match is still a Duke, Countess, Lord etc of some sort, or a rich millionaire/billionaire or a middle-class person. With their kind of upbringing and family background, they would definitely not marry a pauper.
