if you have no probable cause except for what you lied and made up on a traffic stop with two children in the vehicle would any logical person knowing the stop is illegal; a crime; a criminal act, feel there is an emergency, of course you and i would. My family and I did feel threatened by the criminal activities/ traffic stop. thats why we sought intervention by his superior and he lied about that as evidence of that, the police ***. said he is not nor has ever been a sergeant.

  1. Dude, you really need to get on with your life.  Go to Internal Affairs, file the complaint.  Go get a lawyer and sue them.... but get on with your life.

Profiling, except for Racial Profiling, is completely legal.

Oh yeah, if you really want people's opinions, maybe try including ALL of the facts, not just how wrong the cop was and how victimized you were.

  2. seems to me like your  trying to get out of a  ticket

you did the crime now pay the fine

traffic stops are legal get over it

  3. No probable cause is needed when performing a traffic stop. Any vehicle can be stopped for any reason (or... no reason at all). Refusing to stop for police when instructed is a felony. This law exists to protect all of us.

When you call 911, who do you think answers the call? It's the same organisation that has pulled you over. Their instructions to  you would simply be "do whatever the officer at your vehicle is asking you to do" and if you wish to file a complaint you can attend the police station at a later date.

An officers rank is irrelevant, an officer can call themselves "Captain Planet" if they want to and that is NOT a crime.

  4. Again-

If you feel you were mistreated, file a complaint.

If you feel your civil rights were violated, call the FBI.

  5. First of all, probable cause is not needed for a traffic stop.  Probable cause is needed for an arrest.  Second, how do you know that you were being "profiled"?  Just because the officer is of a different race or background than you does not mean that he was profiling you.  Last but not least, reasonable suspicion is required for a traffic stop.  This means that the officer witnessed you commit a violation.  In other applications, reasonable suspicion means the officer believes that "crime is afoot", as used by the US Supreme Court.

  6. stop doing drugs and abusing your family

  7. Most coppers do racial profiling,

DON'T let anyone tell you they don't!!!

If you think the copper did something wrong, report him to his superior,if the superior doesn't do anything, report both to the Office of Professional Standards.

That type of copper needs to be FIRED!!!

  8. I'm not exactly sure what your answer is. However, if you legimately feel you were either treated unprofessionally or were the victim of a crime by the police officer then report it to IA.

However, if you are just mad that you were caught riding dirty, then get on with your life. More and more officers are successfully suing criminals who have made false allegations against them.

  9. UHHH, think about who will answer the 911 call. Pay the ticket and be careful driving from now on.
