Considering the amount of spam messages they post here, I think it is a scam.  If it was legit, there wouldn't be a need to bombard this website daily.

Whether you should join Project Payday or not is up to you. It does work but it's extremely tedious and takes a lot of time. You will need to dedicate your yourself and be willing to frequently use your credit card for offers.

I personally do not like anything that screws with my credit card. This "program" requires you to track what you signed up for, when you have to cancel, how you have to cancel, and to confirm you're not billed or are no longer being billed on your credit card. If you've ever had to submit a charge dispute to Visa, you know what a hassle that it, and for this reason alone I'd avoid this type of program.
