Is promoting the Equality of ALL human Life above the Presidents pay grade?

Does the United States Constitution state that ALL human life is endowed by our Creator with Life, then liberty, and lastly the pursuit of happiness of this newly created life?

Should our President promote equality of ALL human life or only the selective few?

You are under the delusion obviously that a cell cluster is somehow  a human being, determining when life begins is definitely above your pay grade because you failed basic biology
