No, not at all, If you do propose on the Eiffel tower, your wife/husband to be, will think that your very romantic, because Paris is the city of love. And If you think about it who would deny anybody who even brought them to Paris?

It is romantic, but there is a lot of people so just keep that in mind.  Would you be getting on one knee and all that or just asking her quietly?  If you are at the top don't drop it !
