  1. The victim is the prostitute. Yes she is doing this for money, but it sure isn't a profession that makes you a better person. The people who pay the prostitutes can be victims and their families as well. Especially if the person is cheating on their lover with a prostitute than the lover is definetely a victim.

  2. No, because people are kidnapped and trafficked by groups and forced into prostitution.

  3. It's only victimless if the prostitute is one by choice, and is free of any  STDs/STIs, that way the "customer" isn't a victim either.

  4. That really depends on the prostitute.  In Nevada, prostitution is legal.  The women who chose to be prostitutes can not therefore be considered victims.  In the real world outside of Nevada where run aways are forced into prostitution then yes you have a victim there.  This is for either s*x prostitute.  As for the people that visit them they can not be considered a victim because they made the choice.  A victim is someone who does not have a choice in the matter.  Now we could get into the whole adultry thing but if someone is going to cheat they are going to cheat it doesn't matter if it is with a prostitute or someone else.  So the spouse that has been cheated on could be considered a victim but they are not a victim of prostitution but a victim of adultry.

  5. Is it a victimless crime? I would say yes, provided the prostitute has chosen to take on this job. Obviously a girl kidnapped from her family and sold into sexual slavery is a victim. The denizens of the Bunny Ranch in Nevada aren't victims.

  6. Absolutely. (in general prostitution between consenting adults)

  7. Yes, it is a victimless crime, because if a woman chooses to offer money for s*x and a man chooses to hire her, nobody id getting victimized. Pretty simple.
